As we have lived in our beautiful "Polo" home for over fourteen months I wanted to write and tell you both how pleased we are and continue to be with our decision purchasing from you both. We had purchased several homes in the past and these purchases were fraught with "problems" that might have given us to believe are normal with the purchase of any new home. To our surprise, we have never encountered any of these "problems" and the normal details associated with any new construction the size and scale of ours were met with the highest level of professionalism, follow-up and, in some instances, doing more than our contract called for has made our "Polo" decision one of the best we have ever made.
