Dear Roger and Howard,
Jill and I would like to
thank both of you for the wonderful job you did in completing
our "dream home". As you said, the house was finished
on time with virtually no problems. This, of course, was the
exact opposite of our experience with the first builder, who
started the house, but couldn’t possible have finished it. The
two and one-half years that the first builder was
"building" our house was a total waste of our time and
money, in addition to lawsuits and aggravation. I was hesitant
to proceed on a time and materials basis, but I have to say that
if I were to do it again, I would consider it with you. You are
in a completely different league than our first builder, who was
one of the recommendations form the architect who had previously
used him. The difference in money between what we originally
contracted for with the old builder and what you would have
charged me has already been greatly exceeded, in money, time and
years off our life. You run your business the way that we run
ours: striving to be the best, always learning and improving.
We wish you the best and
look forward to having all of you over once my landscaping crews
finish the ponds, patios and landscaping.
