Throughout the more than 20 years that I've been involved professionally in the business of Architecture, and the many builders that I've come to be acquainted with, only a handful have been noteworthy. Too often the builder or general contractor's concerns lie solely with how much profit can be made on a project, within the least amount of time expended. Attention to detail and demand for quality from all the subcontractors under the builder's control is rare. It is only through the joint efforts of the whole professional team that any project can become successful or rise to the expectations set forth from the onset by the client and architect.

Howard and Roger Polo, of Polo Master Builders are two of the exceptions. Having worked with them on two diverse projects, they have proven their ability to successfully implement every component of the building's complex construction down to the finest detail, in accordance with specification, on time and within budget. The first project was a high end 12,000 square foot residence, complete with state of the art construction and materials. The second, a 14,000 square foot rehabilitation of a turn of the century mansion used for residential and business purposes.

A builder of lesser quality or without the internal passion intrinsic to character, could not have accomplished this task to the level that was required and attained in a mere seven months. It is with this that I make my recommendation for them, to those that require a managing team of the highest competence who still possess pride in their work.
