Dear Roger and Howard:

I need to apologize for the delay in writing this letter to you. We have been in our home for almost a year now. Hard to believe, isn’t it? But as I reflect back on the last year living here, it has been quite an experience for us and the people who have visited. Although we had daily involvement in the development of the project, the end result of our beautiful home is certainly a tribute to you both, Jack Wright and his team and the subcontractors who you enlisted to work on this 19,000 square foot project. The day to day communication with all those involved proved to fun, challenging and a total team effort by all. Roger and Howard, you both showed such a personal interest from the very beginning. You Roger, keeping the numbers in line, the paperwork in order and the schedule running smooth. You Howard, staying on top of the physical activities on site and doing things above and beyond what any GC usually does. We felt from the beginning that both of you considered this "your" home.

We must also commend Jack. His creativity and ability to bring a great thought to life is quite remarkable. We had a ball working together and developed a "family-type" relationship with Jack. A project as significant as ours would usually have almost daily challenges. Our however, was a true labor of love thanks to your team of professionals. The end result speaks for itself. Anyone who has been here is impresses beyond mere words. We look forward to sharing our home with anyone contemplating hiring Polo Master Builders to create their own dream….as you have created for us. Thanks again to your great team.
