Howard has been building residential and commercial projects for over 40 years.  His focus has been on the luxury home building market with many homes from 3,000 to over 35,000 square feet - both custom homes and homes for sale.  While expert in all phases of residential construction, Howard specializes in site management, masonry, foundations, drainage systems and heavy equipment operation for Polo Master Builder's projects.
